Maintenance

MAINTENANCE

Due to complexity of many new and old buildings along with the endless pieces of Legislation to deal with it is essential your maintenance priorities are assessed, which would normally fall into the following categories:

  • Safety Requirement
  • Essential Services
  • Statutory Requirements
  • Initial Cost & Revenue Savings

Our assessment would normally be based upon a site visit and follow on discussions to determine and define your priorities then we can look at what strategies are best suited to manage your premises effectively.

Planed Preventative Maintenance is the most widely used strategy we offer, it is work that is carried out at predetermined times. This would range from the regular checks and inspections on blending valves, boiler servicing to cleaning gutters – you can see many of the services we offer in the
A-Z List of additional Services

The main aim is to prevent any serious problem arising from inadequately maintained equipment, which may result in increased energy costs and reduces the life span of the item.

We offer Reactive maintenance, which is normally not planned the repairs are carried out when they occur and essentially covers the day-to-day repairs to the building fabric andservices of a building.

For some of our customers we ensure essential stock and consumable items are available either on-site or in our stores, which is accessible to our emergency call out engineer. Over time we try to build up and collate “Asset Condition” data that can be used for forecasting budgets and provides very useful information for life cycle costing.
